Call to Action – Allentown Firearms Ordinance

This is a call to action to all those who can attend a meeting in Allentown – City Council chambers on Wednesday Aug 17th at 5:30 PM. The location is 435 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18101 (map here…).

This is a Public Safety Committee meeting to vote on referring a firearms “lost/stolen” bill to the full council. If it goes to full council, and if the council subsequently passes it, it would then go to the mayor for signature which he no doubt would.

We have an opportunity to stop it now.

I will attend and read a prepared statement. I will tell the committee to stop bullying lawful gun owners. I’ll have small paper signs that everyone can then hold up. (stop bullying us)

We need at least 20 people to show up. It would be nice to fill the room.

If you have questions, message or email me. But please come out on 8/17 at 5:30 PM to show our strength of numbers. Ask all of your 2A friends to come too.
